Bear Development, in collaboration with CDA Housing Inc., has been awarded significant 2025 Housing Tax Credits for two major Kenosha projects. The developments, 4220 35th Avenue and Fox Meadowview, will deliver a total of 238 affordable units serving both seniors and families. These awards underscore Bear Development’s commitment to expanding quality, affordable housing options throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
