Lincolnshire County - Advanced Practitioner - CPCI Team £40p/hr Umb

Lincolnshire County is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Child Protection and Children in Care (CPCI) Team. This position offers an attractive rate of £40 per hour (Umbrella), providing an excellent opportunity for qualified social workers looking to make a significant impact in the lives of children and families. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding a dedicated team while ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring social work staff, providing expert advice and support on complex cases.
• Conducting assessments and developing care plans in line with statutory requirements and best practice.
• Managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring their needs are met and safeguarding procedures are adhered to.
• Collaborating with multi-agency partners to enhance service delivery and outcomes for children.
• Participating in team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Significant post-qualification experience in child protection or children in care settings.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
