Join LEO Pharma as a Training Manager for Mid-Sized Markets (both European and Emerging), where you’ll spearhead the design, execution, and evolution of training programs tailored to commercial roles. From Sales Managers to KAMs and Sales Reps, you’ll help transform skills, support the current portfolio and product launches, and shape the competencies that lead to better business performance and improved patient outcomes. Your role
As the Training Manager, Mid-Sized Markets, you will be a pivotal player in ensuring our commercial teams succeed by creating and delivering industry-leading training programs. Your responsibilities will include:
Plan, Develop, and Execute Training Programs: Tailor training for KAMs, Sales Reps, and other commercial roles while supporting the upskilling of MSLs when needed.
Enhance Competencies for New and Existing Products: Build and continuously update training plans and materials for disease areas, therapeutic landscapes, and brand portfolios.
Integrate and Align Globally: Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Medical and Global Training Team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand strategies.
Network Building: Establish a network across mid-sized markets, encouraging best-practice sharing and consistent implementation of the training plan.
Optimize Learning Platforms: Promote and expand the use of our internal e-learning platform, LEO Academy, to maximize engagement and adoption.
Identify and Innovate: Assess current offerings to identify opportunities for improvement, innovating where necessary to support evolving business strategies.

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
Academic Background: A BA (MA preferred) with 5-10 years of experience in a similar training position within pharma or life sciences.
Training Expertise: Proven capability in designing, delivering, and evaluating effective, large-scale training programs, particularly in sales and marketing teams.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, regulatory considerations, and market access dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry.
Marketing and/ or Sales Experience: Knowledge of global marketing and commercial phases across launch and post-launch.
Stakeholder Engagement: Track record of navigating and collaborating effectively within a matrix organization at both global and local levels.
Analytical and organizational discipline: Excellent analytical skills; highly organized, with strong project tracking and deadline discipline.
