The Job Role
Take full ownership of the kitchen and culinary vision
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
Maintain and enhance seasonal, high-quality menus
Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety
The Requirements
Proven Head Chef or Executive Head Chef experience in a gastro pub or food-led venue
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing kitchen team
Experience delivering consistently excellent dishes under pressure
Passion for quality, seasonal cooking and a drive to raise the pub’s culinary profile
