About the Role

I am currently working with a Utilities Client on an exciting Programme delivery manager opportunity. This is a Permanent role that requires 3 days a week in their Sussex office. They are looking for someone who can bring structure, governance and clarity to business‑led change. Key responsibilities include: Manage the delivery of the programme or portfolio, ensuring that all projects associated deliver to their outcomes for the business.  Prioritise and manage competing objectives, inter-dependencies and risks to safeguard the overall programme or portfolio delivery Embed change effectively through communication, stakeholder engagement, and benefit realization Working with stakeholders to define scope and goals. Coaching and motivating your team. To be considered for this role, you must have: Strong ability to identify and manage competing priorities across a wide range of portfolio activities. Practical experience of ERP/S implementations Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong ability to drive engagement at a leadership level Great leadership and communication skills Experience managing multi million pound budgets and working with vendors Commercial and strategic awareness Experience leading teams across departments Ideally Utilities or telecommunications experience.
