<strong>ServiceMaster Restore® – Supervisor<br></strong><br>

We are seeking an experienced <strong>Supervisor</strong> with strong IICRC alignment to oversee field mitigation projects and lead restoration teams in accordance with <strong>IICRC S500 and S700 standards</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div>We’re looking for a hands-on <strong>Restoration Supervisor</strong> to lead mitigation crews and run jobs from first response through dry-out.</div><div>This role is for someone who understands drying science, leads from the front, and takes ownership of job quality, team performance, and results.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead water, fire, and mitigation projects in the field</li>
<li>Run crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations</li>
<li>Perform moisture readings, mapping, and equipment setup</li>
<li>Ensure jobs meet IICRC standards and company expectations</li>
<li>Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams</li>
<li>Train and develop technicians</li>

<li>3+ years in restoration/mitigation</li>
<li>Leadership or crew lead experience</li>
<li>Strong understanding of drying and jobsite operations</li>
<li>IICRC Certifications</li>
<li>Ability to work on-call and in the field</li>
