The Role

As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students with attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional guidance
• Build positive relationships to support engagement and confidence
• Help students manage challenges and stay on track in school
• Liaise with teaching staff and pastoral teams
• Provide a consistent and supportive presence throughout the school day

You’ll play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.
