As Lettings Associate you will join a leading BTR operator at their development in Manchester! We are seeking a personable and sales driven professional to build strong relationships and drive commercial performance at this awesome development.
Location: Manchester
Salary: up to £32,000 + Bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: Full time Monday to Friday – Occasional weekend flex
Role responsibilities:
- Contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours
- Provide administrative support
- Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the apartments
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks on applicants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Ensure documentation and initial payments are accurate and compliant
- Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally
Experience:
- Previous experience within Customer Service, Property, Lettings, Sales, BTR (Build to Rent) or PBSA (Student Accommodation).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
