The company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality builds across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, residential, and leisure projects. DUTIES Lead and coordinate multiple small works projects (up to £50,000) across a diverse client base Manage and allocate work to trades, sub-contractors, and working foremen/supervisors across different sites Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Uphold health and safety and quality assurance standards across all projects This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive construction professional who can manage multiple sites and trades effectively while maintaining high standards of delivery.
