By working in partnership with our stakeholders, we aim to reduce negative impacts, support solutions and help build long‑term resilience for customers and clients, shareholders and the wider economy.

We are guided by our Group Sustainability Framework themes 'Resilient Planet' and 'Resilient Societies', which inform our areas of focus. These rest on a set of responsible business practises, aligned with our values of care and integrity.

We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment where all our colleagues can excel both personally and professionally. We have updated our leadership diversity targets and aim to achieve 45% gender and 20% ethnic diversity in senior leadership through 2027.
