<p data-start="782" data-end="1148">With a growing portfolio of blue-chip clients, a seasoned leadership team, and a strong delivery track record, the business is entering its next phase of strategic growth and international expansion. We are now seeking to appoint an experienced <strong data-start="1027" data-end="1059">Non-Executive Director (NED)</strong> to bring strategic oversight, governance support, and external perspective to the board.</p>
<h3 data-start="1155" data-end="1175"><strong data-start="1159" data-end="1175">Role Purpose</strong></h3>
<p data-start="1177" data-end="1493">As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a key role in supporting the Board and executive leadership in shaping and executing the firm’s strategic ambitions. This includes guiding market positioning, supporting scale-up efforts, strengthening governance, and acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior team.</p>
