AI Engineering Manager

About the Position As an AI Engineering Manager at deepsense.ai, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that deliver tangible business value. Your role will encompass overseeing project delivery, mentoring team members, and refining internal practices to ensure engineering excellence. Responsibilities lead AI engineering teams, ensuring effective use of AI/ML to address client needs, oversee project delivery with high standards of quality and efficiency, build and maintain strong client relationships, translating needs into impactful engagements, support developing partnerships with key AI technology providers (OpenAI, Google, Anyscale, etc.), provide line management and foster a culture of growth and continuous learning, grow a world-class engineering team through top-tier hiring and talent development, drive improvements in internal practices to promote engineering excellence, You must have 6+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role, proven experience in leading AI/ML engineering teams and delivering complex project, solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application to real-world business challenges, confident in client-facing settings — able to understand needs and translate them into effective technology solutions, demonstrated leadership and team-building skills; capable of driving growth and excellence genuine interest in AI/ML and fluency in collaborating with Data Scientists and ML Engineers excellent English communication skills (C1 level) for effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
