We’re hiring on behalf of a creative and fast-growing agency who are looking for a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their marketing team. If you’re a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on building impactful campaigns across platforms and driving measurable results, this could be your next move.
You’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across major platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. This role will suit someone confident with media budget management, campaign performance analysis, and using marketing automation tools like Pardot and Salesforce.

Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels

Implement lead nurturing and campaign workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools

Create targeted strategies for reaching decision-makers and high-value audiences (ABM)

Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and conversion data to optimise campaign efficiency

Produce regular performance reports and translate insights into action

Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools

Craft compelling, on-brand copy for ads and promotional content

2–3 years’ hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns

Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads

Working knowledge of CRM and automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, or similar)

Experience with ABM platforms (e.g. ZoomInfo or equivalent) is advantageous

Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills

Confident using Google Analytics and other reporting tools

Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
