<p><strong>General Labor – 1st Shift | Clean, Organized Shop | Hands‑On Work</strong><p><strong>Join a tight‑knit team building high‑quality display window units. This entry‑level role is perfect for anyone who likes hands‑on work, tools, and seeing finished products come to life.</strong><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Clean and prep display windows for shipment</li><li>Assemble units using drills, screw guns, and basic tools</li><li>Take simple measurements and fasten parts securely</li><li>Do light painting, sanding, and touch‑ups</li><li>Help with packaging, shipping, and general shop tasks</li><li>Lift up to 50 lbs (team lifts for heavier items)</li><li>Work independently or with a team of 7–8</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Attention to detail and pride in quality</li><li>Comfort with basic hand/power tools</li><li>Ability to follow directions and work safely</li><li>Reliability for a 3–6 month contract</li><li>Willingness to work overtime when needed</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Shop, warehouse, carpentry, or construction experience</li><li>Familiarity with painting, sanding, or assembly</li><li>Experience using tape measures and common shop tools</li></ul><p><strong>Why You’ll Like It Here</strong><p>Clean, well‑organized shop, steady weekday hours, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team environment where you can build real hands‑on skills.<p><strong>Schedule</strong><p><strong>1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (often extended to 4:30 p.m.)</strong><p>PPE provided.
