About the Role

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator in Remote for Arizona residents only (MUST RESIDE IN AZ). The Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator would be working for a Major Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential. Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator Highlights: • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Arizona Time) • Pay Range: $25-27 Hourly Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator Responsibilities: • Conduct reviews of delegated entities for compliance with quality standards, service performance metrics, utilization management requirements, credentialing reviews, and medical record audits. • Complete key project work related to Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Medicaid Quality of Care (QOC) investigations. • Manage 1–2 QOC investigations daily, each due within 60 days of assignment. • Review medical records, provider policies/manuals, and applicable statutes to ensure appropriate care delivery per established guidelines. • Prepare and submit detailed investigative reports of findings (expectation: 1 completed investigative report per day). • Identify quality concerns and develop corrective quality improvement plans in collaboration with providers. • Participate in community-based clinical initiatives, including health fairs and communication with agencies and providers. • Utilize systems including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, and specialized reporting systems. • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture. Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator Qualifications: • 3+ years of clinical, quality improvement, or healthcare experience. • MUST have Behavioral Health and/or Physical Health setting experience. • 2+ years of experience in a quality function within a healthcare setting. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or active nursing license (Compact license accepted); Counselor or Social Work background preferred. • Preferred Licensure: LPN, LVN, RN, PA, LPC, LAC, or LCSW. • Preferred Certification: CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality).
