Schedule: 2:15 pm – 11:00 pm
Job Summary:
Handles daily operations of the Picking and KOF areas.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate directives and aid the team to achieve company goals. This includes coaching and training opportunities.
- Ensure the correct orders with the correct parts are all together and fastened securely in an individual package.
- Familiar with safety compliance in the warehouse.
- Ensure daily audits with a focus on quality control.
- Possess an understanding of picking and kitting related processes, systems, and equipment.
- Ability to problem solve minor issues and understand how to escalate accordingly.
- Able to lead and reallocate labor throughout the shift as needed.
- Work cooperatively with other departments to identify any recurring problems and get them resolved.
- Assistance to the supervisor for training.
- All Other Duties Assigned.
Entry Level Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Verbal skills, listening skills and patience are essential
- Problem solving skills
- Basic product knowledge of Hercules Sealing Products’ parts
- Basic Email and Microsoft Office skills
Physical Requirements (Must have the ability to):
- Push, pull, lift and/ or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Bend, squat, and reach
- Stand and/or walk for long periods of time (8-10 hr. shifts)
- Use of hands and fingers to operate equipment and/ or hand tools
