Personal Injury Locum

Job title: Personal Injury Locum Job description: A well-established law firm in Merseyside is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Locum to provide interim support for an initial period of 3 months, with the potential for extension. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) offering hybrid working, combining office presence with remote flexibility. You will be responsible for managing your own claimant personal injury caseload, handling a mixed caseload of: EL/PL (Employers’ Liability & Public Liability) RTA (Road Traffic Accident) A combination of Fast Track and Multi-Track matters The firm requires someone confident working autonomously with minimal supervision, able to progress files efficiently from instruction through to settlement or trial preparation. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified Fee Earner Essential: Proven experience managing your own claimant PI caseload Strong working knowledge of EL/PL and RTA claims Experience handling both Fast Track and Multi-Track matters Ability to start immediately Hourly rate: £35.00 - £45.00 per hour
