Soldering Technician

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join a growing production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, assembling small components, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you! $15.00 – $16.50 per hour (based on experience) Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm Enjoy your afternoons and weekends off! What You’ll Do Assemble small components, sub-assemblies, and finished products Perform precise soldering and wire assembly tasks Use small hand tools and power tools Read and follow work instructions and production orders Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Enter production data into computer systems Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Assist other departments as needed Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For Soldering experience is a HUGE plus  Experience with small component assembly preferred  Ability to work with small parts and detailed tasks  Basic computer skills  Ability to read and follow written instructions  Strong attention to detail Dependable and team-oriented  High School Diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods Frequent use of hands for small parts assembly Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Comfortable working around production equipment
