<p><strong>Enterprise Account Executive – HPE/Aruba Solutions</strong></p> <p>We are a leading provider of technology professional services and hardware solutions, with a specialized focus on HPE and Aruba Networks. We are actively seeking a results-driven, personable, and ambitious <strong>Enterprise Sales Account Executive</strong> with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience selling HPE/Aruba solutions to join our growing team.</p> <p>You are the perfect blend of hunter and farmer—able to manage and grow existing accounts while proactively identifying and capturing new business opportunities centered around <strong>HPE/Aruba networking, compute, and edge-to-cloud solutions</strong>.</p> <hr /> <h3><strong>As an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Deepen your knowledge of <strong>HPE and Aruba’s full portfolio</strong> of solutions through ongoing learning and certifications</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive sales activities focused on <strong>HPE/Aruba products</strong>, including networking (wired/wireless), switching, edge infrastructure, and cloud-managed solutions</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with new and existing clients, identifying how HPE/Aruba technologies can solve key business challenges</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with the inside sales team and solution architects to qualify opportunities and build compelling value propositions</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct strategic account planning to align HPE/Aruba solutions with client needs and business goals</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical conversations, highlighting the benefits and ROI of HPE/Aruba offerings</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with vendor and distribution partners to secure deal registrations, optimize pricing, and stay up to date on product updates and promotions</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting, meeting and exceeding sales quotas</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the execution of marketing campaigns, customer events, and HPE/Aruba-led initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure long-term customer satisfaction by maintaining engagement throughout the solution lifecycle</p> </li> </ul> <hr /> <h3><strong>You are the ideal candidate if:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>You have <strong>5+ years of B2B technology sales experience</strong>, ideally with a track record in selling <strong>HPE/Aruba solutions</strong> or equivalent enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies</p> </li> <li> <p>You hold <strong>HPE/Aruba sales or technical certifications</strong> (or are eager to obtain them)</p> </li> <li> <p>You understand how enterprise customers leverage networking, security, and cloud-integrated infrastructure to drive operational efficiency</p> </li> <li> <p>You are technically inclined and can identify customer pain points, then align them with <strong>HPE/Aruba products</strong>, services, and outcomes</p> </li> <li> <p>You are a confident communicator and know how to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>You are highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team</p> </li> <li> <p>You’re committed to long-term client success, taking a consultative approach that positions you as a trusted advisor</p> </li> <li> <p>You are experienced with CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and pipeline management best practices</p> </li> <li> <p>You bring a growth mindset, high integrity, and a passion for helping customers transform their operations with modern IT solutions</p> </li> </ul>
