We are recruiting for a Lead Shift Engineer to join a prestigious landmark site in Central London for a Tier 1 FM Company.
You will act as the lead engineer on shift, responsible for PPM and reactive maintenance, contractor supervision, compliance, and overall site operations.
• Up to £51,000 basic salary
• Plus overtime available
• 4 on 4 off day shift pattern (7am–7pm)
• Structured team environment (8 engineers total, 4 per shift)
• Prestigious Central London commercial building
• Long-term stability and progression opportunity with a Tier 1 FM company.
• PPM and reactive maintenance alongside a team of 8 engineers across a multi storey commercial building.
• Fault finding on lighting, power, distribution boards and emergency systems, HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs and FCUs
• Leading 2 engineers and an apprentice on shift.
• Supervising contractors, managing permits, compliance and safe systems of work
• Relevant Qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Over 5 years commercial building maintenance / FM experience
• Strong fault-finding and leadership skills
