About the Role
Non-custodial healthcare
At Practice Plus Group we put people’s wellbeing first. Our Health in Justice service line is now expanding into non-custodial healthcare in Yorkshire and Humberside, a person-centred approach delivered via a solid and consolidated infrastructure aimed to assess individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity requirements, to redirect them to the most appropriate channel.

What is non-custodial healthcare?
Individuals on the judicial pathway, are faced today with a fragmented experience and the risk of them not receiving a comprehensive assessment of their mental health or neurodiversity requirements, might lead to them facing a sentence that is not conducive to their rehabilitation into society.
Our person-centred model is focused on providing meaningful pathways to anyone faced with criminal charges, as well as understanding what triggers and socio-economic circumstances might lead to people offending.
Our model is there to support individuals throughout their journey on the judicial pathway. We will be there to assess each individual need as they wait for trial and we will have a system in place to assist those who have completed their prison sentence and are re-joining the community.
Why you should join us?
When you join our non-custodial team, you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference for individuals who will have experienced some life-changing challenges in their life.
And you will be helping your community by creating a safe environment to ensure we can help people before their actions lead them on to the judicial pathway.
