About the Role
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to take on all things safety and environmental compliance across two manufacturing locations, one in the Atlanta/Doraville area and one in North Carolina. Position is Direct Hire What You'll Do This person will own the EHS function end to end, from policy development to boots-on-the-ground safety culture: Build and roll out EHS policies and programs across both sitesRun risk assessments, audits, and incident investigationsOversee waste management and environmental complianceLead safety training and employee engagement initiativesInvestigate incidents, lead root cause analysis, and put preventive measures in placeManage emergency response and preparedness planningTrack EHS metrics and KPIs and report on trendsPartner closely with Operations, HR, Legal, and Facilities to weave safety into daily operationsAct as the liaison with regulatory agencies and outside stakeholdersTravel between the Atlanta and South Carolina sites as needed What We're Looking For 10+ years of EHS experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong background in manufacturing environments (preferred)Proven track record in managing regulatory compliance and safety programsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of legal and regulatory EHS frameworksExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsComfortable splitting time between two sites and working cross-functionally To apply for the EHS Manager position, please submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application on our website, impactstaffing.com.
