An international healthcare market research consultancy is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its London team. With a strong global presence and a reputation for high-quality, evidence-based insights, this agency partners with major pharma and biotech companies to answer complex strategic questions. They specialise in quantitative research, with capabilities across ad hoc projects, syndicated trackers, and real-world evidence.

Everything you need to know about the role

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and managing research projects from proposal through to delivery.
• Developing screeners, questionnaires, and project materials.
• Overseeing fieldwork, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Conducting in-depth data analysis and producing clear, actionable insights.
• Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting business development through proposals and client discussions.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

• Around 4 years’ experience in market research, within healthcare or pharma.
• Ad hoc primary research experience.
• Strong quantitative skills, with exposure to qualitative methods a plus.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end, including proposals, fieldwork, and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present to clients.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must have the full right to work in the UK
