Your responsibilities: Support and maintain customers’ servers in our own data centers Provide telephone and email customer support Implement complex customer server orders Install customers’ hardware in our colocation centers Actively contribute to the continuous expansion of the data center infrastructure Complete goal-oriented projects within the team   What impresses us: Secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma Good knowledge of mathematics, computer science, and English Initial experience with hardware, networking, and Linux is a plus
