Our 18-point approach protects clients and their investments from dangerous conditions and unexpected repairs.</div><div> <br><strong>Job Summary</strong><br>As a successful <strong>Lead Van</strong> <strong>Technician</strong>, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. A top-level Lead Van Technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size. You will drive our company-owned truck to the job sites and complete our unique solutions to home maintenance for our clients. <br><br><strong>Responsibilities </strong> </div><ul> <li>Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.</li> <li>Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.</li> <li>Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins. </li> <li>Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.</li> <li>Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.</li> <li>Install and test new equipment.</li> <li>Provide preventive equipment maintenance.</li> <li>Provide technical training on new equipment installations.</li> <li>Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.</li> <li>Complete job reports.</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>High school diploma or GED.</li> <li>Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.</li> <li>Excellent time management skills.</li> <li>Mechanical and electrical skills.</li> <li>Ability to problem-solve.</li> <li>Good communication and training skills.</li> <li>Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.</li> </ul> </div>
