As part of our operational excellence team, your responsibilities may include:
Conducting root cause analyses and reporting on deviations to drive corrective and preventive actions
Building teams with the capability to drive efficient and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals
Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
Auditing and monitoring processes to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory standards
Supporting quality testing and control to ensure consistent and reliable outputs
Promoting best practices and continuous improvement methodologies across teams and functions
