Relief Porter/Concierge

<p>Dove &amp; Hawk are working in partnership with a high end residential Property Management firm in Central London. They are currently in the process of adding a full-time, permanent Relief Porter/Concierge to the team in order to provide holiday and absence cover across the Prime Central London portfolio. This role would suit someone who has at least a years&#8217; prior experience working in a Residential Concierge/Hospitality role:</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>Duties/Functions of the role:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Meeting and greeting residents and their guests on arrival. </li> <li>Attending to residents and visitors&#8217; needs and wants within reasonable expectations.</li> <li>Opening doors, carry parcels and suitcases.</li> <li>Assisting management with maintaining records and daily administration. </li> <li>Reporting any Health and Safety concerns to the General Manager and Deputy Manager.</li> <li>Checking vacant flats on a weekly basis, part of this will include running the taps and appliances, checking for leaks and any other potential problems, taking meter readings, noting maintenance issues. </li> <li>Ensuring timely communication with residents, contractors and management via email/ phone.</li> <li>Performing daily/weekly/monthly building checks.</li> <li>Communal key/ apartments key and parcel management.</li> <li>Carrying out basic DIY as and when required, this may include changing light bulbs or fuses for example.</li> <li>Overseeing tradesmen working on site. </li> <li>Maintaining a high level of security measures at the property.</li> </ul> <p> <span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>Requirements of the role:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>At least 1+ years&#8217; experience working as a Residential Concierge or within Hospitality as a Porter</li> <li>Flexibility to cover 35 hours per week over multiple Central London site.</li> <li>Passion for Customer Service </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Good level of computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook</li> <li>Good understanding of how to build and maintain strong working relationships.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Budgets:</strong> £29,400pa, IOSH, Mental Health &amp; First Aid Training funded</p> <p><strong>Required Hours:</strong> 35 hours per week on Shift Patterns, covering holiday and absences given 1 month in advance (day and night shifts).</p> <p>If you are an experienced Concierge who is looking to join a business who invest and promote from within; then apply for this role immediately, or contact Matthew Squirrell at Dove &amp; Hawk remembering to quote vacancy reference: 10857.</p> <p>Dove &amp; Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
