<b>Hours</b>: Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm<br />
<b>Location</b>: 4 days onsite in Mansfield, 1 day WFH<br />

<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Leading qualitative research projects using both traditional methods and newer behavioural approaches</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Moderating group discussions, depth interviews, and other qualitative sessions with confidence and skill</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Supporting the delivery of scalable and digital methods, including online communities, video diaries, digital ethnography, and AI‑assisted research techniques.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Conducting high‑quality analysis and translating complex qualitative findings into clear, actionable insights</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Collaborating with senior researchers and behavioural specialists to blend deep insight with broader customer input</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Contributing to innovation by exploring and adopting new qualitative tools and techniques</span></span></li>

<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Strong moderation skills across both groups and one‑to‑one interviews</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Demonstrable ability to analyse qualitative data and develop strategic insights</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Experience working on customer experience, brand, or innovation‑focused projects</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Desirable experience with online communities, diary studies, digital ethnography, mixed‑method approaches, or AI‑supported moderation and analysis</span></span></li>
