Description
Arcosa Shoring Products is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide the sales department administrative project and process support. This is crucial in our facility as you will interact with company personnel at all organizational levels. In this role, you'll be able to learn from various individuals across the plant and expand your skill set while working with a close-knit team. This position reports to the Sales Manager.
Location: Union City, MI
What you'll do:
General administrative duties
Answering incoming phone calls.
Prepare Marketing material for shipments
Coordinate information and activities with sales department and other supporting departments
Coordinate or exchange information with third parties, vendors and customers
What you'll need:
2+ years administrative experience (sales preferred)
Must be highly proficient with MS Office Professional Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excell, Word, and Power Point)
Advance skills in using Excel and Databases
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Detail oriented and highly organized
Possesses excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with time management and meeting deadlines
High School diploma or equivalent
Working conditions:
Full-time position (8am-5pm M-F)
Work environment includes manufacturing plant, warehouse, office and multiple plant locations within Union City.
This position may require occasional work coverage beyond normal schedule and weekends/holidays
Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, and loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant
