About the Role
As part of ARP’s multidisciplinary marketing and communications team, you create visual content that reflects and strengthens our brand identity and brings our campaigns to life. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing and communications, as well as specialists within ARP and Bechtle Netherlands.
This role is strongly design‑focused—from developing concepts to producing consistent online and offline materials that follow brand guidelines. You manage projects independently, monitor quality and timelines, and ensure that all communications align with our CI/CD.

Your job.
As a Graphic Designer, you’re responsible for creating and maintaining online content, graphic design and on and offline materials that fit within the marketing and communication strategy of ARP and Bechtle.
You’re part of the marketing and communications team and report to the Marketing Manager or team lead. In this role, you work closely with colleagues to gather input and translate it into strong, consistent visual materials.
In this role, you’ll be developing and designing content such as social posts, visuals, presentations, one‑pagers, email content and supporting campaign materials.
Alongside this, you create designs, templates, images and videos and turn them into a clear, structured content plan.
You play an important part in safeguarding the brand identity and maintaining visual consistency across all online and offline materials.
Marketing and communication campaigns benefit from your strong, well‑matched designs that align the message with the right medium.
You spot opportunities to improve content and communication and translate these into concrete enhancements.
Meeting deadlines and delivering work in line with campaign and communication plans is simply part of how you operate.
You also contribute by sharing insights into the use and performance of content and communication materials.
Your profile.
You have a university degree or professional experience, ideally in Communication and Multimedia Design or a comparable field.
Experience in content creation and/or graphic design within a marketing or communications environment is helpful, and DTP experience is a plus.
An up‑to‑date portfolio shows what you can do and highlights your strengths.
Working with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator – Premiere Pro is a bonus) is part of your daily routine.
A good eye for imagery, layout and typography helps you translate ideas into clear, effective designs.
Strong Dutch and English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential. German is a plus.
