<p><strong>Principle Property Lawyer needed in Manchester Paying £50 per hr ref 000A FDCC / 1</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
</p>
<p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of property law matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development agreements and land assembly</li>
<li>Lead on complex, high‑value and politically sensitive property transactions</li>
<li>Draft, negotiate and complete a variety of commercial and residential property documents</li>
<li>Advise senior stakeholders on legal risk, governance and commercial considerations</li>
<li>Support strategic projects such as regeneration, investment and development programmes</li>
<li>Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and legal officers, ensuring quality and consistency of advice</li>
<li>Ensure legal work is delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with organisational objectives</li>
<li>Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law and best practice in property law</li>
