<p>A respected environmental and ground engineering consultancy is seeking a <strong>Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer</strong> to join its growing Birmingham-based team. This opportunity is well suited to a recent graduate looking to begin their career within the contaminated land and ground investigation sector while gaining practical field and reporting experience across a variety of development projects.</p>

<h3>Typical Duties of this Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer role:</h3>
<ul>

<p>Assisting with ground investigation activities such as borehole and trial pit logging</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collecting soil, groundwater and gas samples during fieldwork</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Recording and organising data obtained during site investigations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assisting with the preparation of technical documentation and interpretative reports</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Working with senior engineers to help deliver geoenvironmental and geotechnical assessments</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>To be considered for this Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer role, applicants should have:</p>
<ul>

<p>A <strong>degree in Engineering Geology, Geology, Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, or a similar subject</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>A <strong>full UK driving licence</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>The <strong>right to work in the UK</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Willingness to travel to project sites when required</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of <strong>Birmingham</strong></p>
</li>
