About the Role
BettingJobs are partnering with an iGaming startup payment service provider seeking a Russian-speaking Business Development Manager to join their team on a remote basis. This role is fully remote and focused on partnership development, payment network expansion, and commercial negotiations in the payments sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage relationships with PSPs, acquiring banks, financial institutions, and local payment partners Expand upstream payment network and source new payment channels and methods Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and coordinate onboarding Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration and operational readiness Monitor market trends and regulations, and identify new partnership opportunities Requirements: Russian language (Native or Fluent) is mandatory 3+ years of business development experience in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services Strong network with PSPs, acquiring banks, or local payment providers preferred Familiarity with cross-border payments, acquiring, and payment infrastructure Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Professional English communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience in the CIS payment ecosystem, high-risk merchants, or alternative payment methods Additional languages are a plus
