The Archdiocese of Philadelphia Office of Catholic Elementary Education seeks a dynamic, innovative, visionary, team-oriented, and results-driven leader to serve as the Director of Elementary Enrollment.
Overview
The Director of Enrollment Management reports to the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Enrollment, and School Culture.
The Director is responsible for supporting all elementary schools in developing and implementing effective enrollment practices that recruit, enroll, and retain students. The Director works closely with school principals, Boards of Limited Jurisdiction, and any school-based enrollment staff to strengthen enrollment efforts across the Archdiocese.
The Director of Enrollment Management develops and implements strategic enrollment initiatives that support recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and student retention throughout the elementary school system.
Specific Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Working collaboratively with elementary schools, the Director of Enrollment Management develops, implements, and executes comprehensive enrollment management plans while establishing both short- and long-term goals and objectives that support each school's enrollment needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist schools in establishing a primary point of contact for prospective families and implementing effective procedures to engage and support families throughout the enrollment process.
- Work closely with schools to analyze local demographic and enrollment data in order to develop enrollment management plans that identify trends, project enrollment forecasts, and recommend strategies for recruiting students from Catholic, public, charter, and other educational settings.
- Help schools develop long-range marketing and promotional plans utilizing print, digital, social media, and other communication platforms that support and promote the mission of Catholic education.
- Partner with schools to create comprehensive recruitment calendars that include school visits, open houses, community events, and ongoing communication with prospective families.
- Collaborate with school leadership, faculty, staff, and enrollment personnel to ensure a shared understanding of the school's enrollment management program and actively engage all stakeholders in the enrollment process.
- Provide professional development and coaching for school leaders and staff to strengthen enrollment and retention efforts.
- Organize and maintain financial aid information for current and prospective students.
- Serve as a member of the Office of Catholic Education Elementary Core Team by participating in team meetings, supporting departmental initiatives, and providing recommendations for Archdiocesan programs that strengthen school enrollment efforts.
- Provide insight and recommendations regarding student information systems and other technology platforms to ensure they effectively support the enrollment needs of elementary schools.
- Remain current on enrollment management best practices through professional learning opportunities, including attendance at regional and national conferences as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic, along with a commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
- Strong leadership, project management, and data analysis skills, with the ability to work effectively with principals, faculty, administrators, and support staff.
- Experience using student information systems (preferably FACTS or similar platforms) and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience in enrollment management, communications, marketing, sales, public relations, or education is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to meet Archdiocese of Philadelphia insurance requirements.
This is a twelve-month, full-time position. Evening and weekend work is required.
