Job Description:

Sun Valley, CA | Full-Time | 1st Shift – 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

We are hiring for one of our big clients in the Sun Valley area. Our client is a distribution center for pillows, blankets, and other household items.

This position is among the top Customer Service specialist roles. This is a combination of Order Entry and Customer Service work, responsible for responding to other business clients, taking their orders, and processing them into the company system.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicate with customers and sales representatives about their open products and services, and allocate the orders when needed

• Conduct Order entry into their ERP system for Manual Orders, EDI orders, and orders from their website.

• Organize and conduct proper follow-through on customer requests, all to make sure orders get shipped promptly

• Document the orders on a big Excel Spreadsheet, and share that sheet with other specialists in the department

• Acknowledge orders that come in the system, and track order shipments

• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B Customer Service, preferably with experience in operations

• You have experience working with B2B clients

• You know proper Order Entry procedures and best practices

• You know how to conduct proper follow-up with clients

• You communicate well with other departments

• You know how to use common ERP systems, like SAP or Oracle

• You are familiar with MS Office products, like Word or Excel

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: 35 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time
• Shifts Available: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm)
• Location: Sun Valley, CA
