Functieomschrijving
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities, including team allocation and performance management
- Translate production schedules into actionable plans and monitor output against targets
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive process improvements through issue analysis
- Manage equipment, materials, and workspace to support efficient and safe operations
- Act as the communication link between production, warehouse, and management teams
Profiel
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing team leadership
- Strong organisational and planning skills with a focus on meeting targets
- Ability to coach and motivate teams while fostering a positive work culture
- Solid understanding of quality control, safety standards, and process improvement
- Effective communicator who can coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Speaks Fluent English or Dutch.
