ICT Systems Integration Support

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a ICT Systems Integration Support. This resource will be working Remotely. Job Description: 1. Infrastructure & Environment Management • Provision and manage hybrid environments for AI workloads (AKS, APIM, Foundry, etc.). • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform. • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across the AI/ML infrastructure stack. 2. Automation & CI/CD • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions. • Develop self service tools and templates to accelerate AI application development. 3. Integration & Enablement • Support integration of AI components (models, APIs, services) into production applications. • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and AI engineers to make solutions production ready. 4. Observability & Monitoring • Implement observability solutions covering logs, metrics, and API health. • Monitor both application stack and AI service/model performance. • Configure dashboards and alerts (Application Insights, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic). 5. Security & Compliance (DevSecOps) • Apply DevSecOps practices to protect AI workloads and sensitive data (e.g., PII). • Collaborate with security teams on real time monitoring and threat detection. • Automate secrets, API keys, and credential management.
