<div>Role Summary<br />The Quality Manager will oversee and manage all facets of the plant’s quality function, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards, customer demands, and internal quality systems. This position is responsible for enhancing quality performance through process enhancement, system development, and effective cross-functional cooperation.</div>

<div>You will lead and develop the quality team at the site while working closely with operations, production, and clients to drive plant-wide quality performance. This role requires a proactive leader who can work with high ownership, influence, and accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.</div>
<div>Responsibilities<br /> Oversee quality operations at plant level and guarantee compliance with ISO 9001 standards<br /> Assume ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS) and foster continuous improvement<br /> Act as the primary contact for customer quality needs and expectations<br /> Lead customer qualification processes including APQP, PPAP, and FAI activities<br /> Manage non-conformance processes such as NCR, CAR, and SCAR<br /> Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions<br /> Lead and develop the quality team at the site comprising quality engineering and inspection resources<br /> Collaborate with operations and production teams to enhance process capability and product quality<br /> Create and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and control plans<br /> Conduct internal and external audits and uphold ISO certification status<br /> Evaluate and manage supplier quality performance and qualification processes<br /> Aid in new product introduction and ensure manufacturability and quality readiness<br />Qualifications<br /> 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting<br /> Experience dealing with OEM clients and their quality requirements<br /> Proficient in ISO 9001 quality systems and standards<br /> Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA processes<br /> Prior experience in managing and developing quality personnel<br /> Hands-on experience in production environments like machining, fabrication, or assembly<br /> Strong problem-solving abilities with expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action<br /> Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence plant operations<br /> Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred</p>
