You’ll combine data-driven insight, commercial strategy and cross-functional collaboration to enhance supporter acquisition, improve retention, and maximise long-term value and directly contributing o meaningful social outcomes.</p>
<p>Main responsibilities<br />
• Develop and deliver commercial strategies that support financial sustainability while aligning with organisational impact<br />
• Lead contract negotiation and management, ensuring effective governance and risk mitigation<br />
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and income performance to drive sustainable growth<br />
• Optimise cash flow, cost recovery, and overall profitability across income streams<br />
• Improve operational efficiency through cost control, process optimisation, and supplier performance management<br />
• Support the development of competitive, compliant commercial proposals and partnerships<br />
• Analyse multi-channel marketing performance to identify drivers of acquisition, conversion, and ROI<br />
• Provide clear, actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and supporter growth<br />
• Enhance CRM and email performance through segmentation, testing, and optimisation<br />
• Analyse retention, churn, and lifetime value to strengthen long-term supporter relationships<br />
• Develop reporting and dashboards that translate data into meaningful commercial insight<br />
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operational teams to support decision-making and performance<br />
• Build commercial awareness across teams and promote a data-driven, continuous improvement culture</p>

<p>Desired Experience<br />
• Commercial, marketing analytics, CRM, or performance-focused background<br />
• Experience analysing customer/supporter journeys, campaigns and income performance<br />
• Exposure to CRM and email marketing platforms within a fundraising or subscription environment is advantageous</p>
<p>Skills<br />
• Strong analytical capability (advanced Excel essential; Power Query desirable)<br />
• Experience with BI and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)<br />
• Ability to translate data into meaningful commercial and strategic insight<br />
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills</p>
