Working here will be different every day… There will be a brilliant mix of PPMs, breakdowns, fault finding, wiring, installations, projects and much, much more! What you’ll be doing: • Keeping the plant running at its best and hitting performance targets. • Jumping in on electrical setups and supporting production when things get lively. • Tackling breakdowns confidently and getting equipment back online quickly. • Keeping safety front and centre in everything you do. • Staying ahead of issues through solid planned and preventative maintenance. • Helping with fabrication and installation work as new kit comes in. What you’ll bring: • A recognised electrical apprenticeship (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent). • Experience working across busy, varied production environments. • Proper dual-skilled ability across electrical and mechanical maintenance. • A natural knack for diagnosing problems and getting to the root cause. • ONC/HNC or equivalent experience. • Comfortable using stores systems and CMMS. Hours, Pay & Benefits: • £50,600 + bonus + full benefits package • Weekly rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 14:00–22:00 22:00–06:00 • 25 days holiday • Free onsite parking • Company pension
