TRAINING WITH BENEFITS

ALWAYS IN TEAM

It is important to us that you feel comfortable at SW right from the start– that is why we place great value on personal and fair interaction with each other. Our qualified trainers and training supervisors will accompany and support you throughout the entire training period and are your contact persons for questions and uncertainties.

TRAINING PAYS OFF

You will receive an attractive training salary as well as vacation and Christmas bonuses right from the start. In addition, we also offer bonuses for particularly good academic and company performance!

AROUND THE WORLD

For all apprenticeships lasting at least three years, you will be given the opportunity of a 4-week internship at our subsidiaries in the USA or China as part of the project AusbildungWeltweit!

Action and events

There are regular events for our trainees, e.g. the starter workshop, a barbecue event, visits to trade shows, various workshops, driver safety training and trips to customers to see our machines in action.

After successfully completing your training, you can look forward to promising prospects and a bright future at SW. Our goal is to offer all trainees permanent employment. In addition, SW offers continuing education through the SW Academy and professional training (e.g., technician).

Important skills

BUYER TRAINING
Communication skills, good language skills, structured and independent work, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility.

INDUSTRIAL-TECHNICAL TRAINING
Ability to work in a team, “hands-on” skills, reliability, ability to work under pressure, manual dexterity, interest in mechanical, electronic and technical contexts.

IT TRAININGS
Technical understanding, analytical thinking, interest in IT topics, structured and solution-oriented way of working, reliability, ability to work in a team
