Our client, a leader in customer support services, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Call Center Rep to join their dynamic team. As a Remote Call Center Rep, you will be an essential part of the customer service department, supporting clients with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Remote Call Center Rep

Location: Remote (based in Brownsville, TX)

Pay Range: $21/hr

Shift: 9AM EST to 8PM EST (8-hour shifts)

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and written communication
• Handle high-volume calls efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and resolutions
• Adhere to legal and call center protocols to ensure compliance and quality

What's Needed?

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours within the specified shift
• Legal knowledge and experience in high-volume call centers is a plus
• Spanish language skills are advantageous but not required
