If you want that kind of responsibility, then we want to work with you.
Here are some resources to help you find your way.

Our Interview Process
We build our interview process around our candidates.
The number and format of interviews that you'll go through will be personalized to your skillset and the type of role that you're looking for. We want to give everyone the best chance at representing their abilities. Everyone starts with one or two phone interviews, and if we think there's a fit, we'll bring you onsite for a round of in-person interviews.
We know there are many kinds of engineers, so we've structured our interview process around the engineering competencies that we value most. To set you up for success in your interview process, we've created guides that explain how we think about these competencies and some tips for putting your best foot forward and showcasing your abilities during our process.

Meet The Team
If the phone interviews go well, it’s time to meet more members of our team in an "on-site" interview. Whether you're invited to come on-site in-person or virtually, we encourage you to:
Be yourself — We are looking for uniquely talented individuals who are bright, adaptable, and eager to be part of a tight-knit team. Our culture is important to us, so we’re careful to make sure that the fit is right on both sides. We want to learn about who you really are. We promise if you bring your real self, we’ll do the same.
Think about your biggest professional or academic accomplishments — We’ll be asking you questions about how you’ve executed, challenged yourself, motivated others, and made judgments—as well as where you've failed in the past.
Tell us what you’re passionate about — We want to know what motivates the people we meet. There’s no wrong answer here; we just want to see you get fired up about something you love.
Do not be afraid to ask clarifying questions — When presented with analytical and technical problems, talk through how you plan to approach the problem and ask questions if necessary. Palantir operates in close-knit, collaborative teams, so don’t be afraid to engage with your interviewer.
Travel Guide
If you’re invited to travel in-person, don't worry; we’ll coordinate all aspects of your trip.
Also keep in mind that we’re a laid-back company, so wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. We focus on you, not your apparel.
