<p><strong>Senior Repairs Surveyor needed in Taunton Paying £254068 per day ref OR109451</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leading on disrepair cases and carrying out housing condition inspections. </li>
<li>Undertaking building pathology surveys and diagnosing defects, including damp and mould issues.</li>
<li>Preparing schedules of works, specifications, and technical reports. </li>
<li>Managing specialist contractors and providing technical advice on remedial works.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with building regulations, statutory requirements, and housing standards. </li>
<li>Supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants.</li>
</ul>
