About the Role
<p>Due to future growth plans, our client is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside our Site Manager within the Construction department.</p>
<p>Duties:</p>
<p>Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour, and materials to meet the programme<br />
Work in conjunction with the Sales Team, ensure that regular Sales/Build meetings are attended, all Sales/Build procedures are adhered to, and inspections of all show homes are carried out<br />
Be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines<br />
Ensuring working methods are performed correctly<br />
Scheduling work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved and high quality of product is maintained<br />
Assisting the Customer Care team by ensuring maintenance works are completed in a professional and efficient manner<br />
Requirements:</p>
<p>Previous construction experience within new build is required<br />
Experience of working with established build programmes<br />
Must be assertive, to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour<br />
Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs<br />
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)<br />
In depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements e.g. Health & Safety, NHBC/LABC requirements and Building Regulations.<br />
Good knowledge, understanding and experience of dealing with all issues relating to customer service.</p>
