      <li>Lead Equipment production and shop floor activity to optimize resources.</li>
      <li>Drive equipment production performance, timely execution of required production plan, implementation of RCA and related corrective actions</li>
      <li>Provides input for the Equipment production strategy.</li>
      <li>Plan, implement, monitor and review production schedules.</li>
    </ul>
    <ul>
      <li>Bachelor degree/Diploma or equivalent</li>
      <li>6 to 10 years Equipment Manufacturing experience</li>
      <li>Area of Expertise / Knowledge - Equipment manufacturing</li>
