shape, finish, and prepare socks for distribution, while meeting production goals and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate boarding equipment to shape and finish socks according to production standards
- Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain steady production output to meet or exceed daily goals
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing for the duration of the shift
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety and production procedures
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or textile experience preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shift and perform repetitive work
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Motivated by piece-rate earnings and performance-based pay
Pay & Earning Potential
- Piece-rate compensation structure
- Guaranteed $14/hour for the first 3 months
- Average earnings: $15–$16/hour
- Top performers consistently earn $20+/hour
- Unlimited earning potential – no cap
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – until production is complete
- Typical end time around 3:30 PM
- Some days may end earlier (2:30 PM) or later (4:30 PM) depending on workload
