They specialise in full packaging solutions including wooden and corrugated boxes, pallets, returnable packaging, export packaging etc for a range of market sectors. They are currently looking to recruit experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to support the expansion of a timber and transit packaging production facility. CNC / Saw Operator Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining: HOMAG Panel Saw CNC machining equipment Stromab FAST500 MATRIX Cross Cut Saw Zünd Cutter In-house brake press Responsibilities include precision cutting, machine setup, programming adjustments, quality control and maintaining production efficiency Crate Making Operator Responsibilities: Timber crate and pallet manufacturing Nailing and assembly operations Supporting CNC and cutting operations where required Reading drawings and packaging specifications Maintaining production flow and quality standards Requirements: Experience operating industrial saws, CNC equipment, or woodworking machinery Experience with crate manufacturing, timber packaging, or pallet production Ability to read technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability A proactive and team-focused approach
