About the Role
This full-time position includes the following duties: Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate architectural submittal drawings for architect/customer review Analyze project documents and develop detailed drawings required to accurately covey scope of work and architectural intent Assist project managers with updating drawings, creating sketches, creating RFI's, developing details for unique job conditions, and revise project documents per field dimensions Review work from other drafters to ensure its accuracy Complete projects on time and accurately Other duties as assigned Requirements: Completed training and proficient in AutoCAD 2015 or newer Previous submittal drafting experience is required Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines Pass pre-hiring background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug test Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401 (k) Long Term Disability Insurance Optional Short Term Disability and Life Insurance Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Application Question(s): Are you willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations?
