Job Responsibilities
lead new projects tracking cost, time and clients’ requirements;
determining ways to minimize operating costs;
improves manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout;
overseeing standardized production procedures;
maintaining all documentation for products, such as work instructions and operational procedures;
may collaborate with colleagues on issues like cost projections and reduction;
prepares product and process reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends;
lead and coach production personnel on process, equipment, and analytical approach to problem solving and continuous improvement;
- may train new team members;
- manages information flow for production planning;
- participates in the elaboration of the technological procedures and the working instructions used in the manufacturing sector;
